Julie Allan works developmentally with leadership. She enables people to navigate their changing contexts with finesse, integrity and for beneficial impact.
Following a career in magazine publishing, primarily with the BBC, Julie moved into organisational psychology and offers expertise from almost 25 years of leading edge practice supporting private and public sector endeavour.
A coaching psychologist, consultant, supervisor and writer, Julie’s published and applied work spans ethics, gestalt, complexity, wisdom and story in organisations, as well as adult developmental processes and doctoral research into metacognition.
She continues to challenge herself to work fully holistically and to explore her particular interest in the role of poetry and the poetic imagination, especially at perceived boundaries and threshold points.
