Philip is a highly experienced advisor, coach, consultant, trainer and educator for human development, working with a broad range of clients and leaders to C-level.
He brings a profound and direct appreciation for the complex nuances of psychological and systemic development and how to support it in unique situations and contexts. He has an MBA from Ashridge Business School where he conducted in-depth research on top-level leaders working in complex collaborative systems.
