Carolyn Coughlin is passionate about supporting people, including the leaders with whom she works, not only to grow into their biggest selves, but also to live as fully as they can.
Carolyn believes that as the complexity of our world and our lives increases, paying greater attention to the ways we and our clients make sense of the world is key to seeing and behaving more effectively; enabling people to live into the fullest version of themselves and make a difference in the world.
Carolyn has been an executive coach, facilitator, and leadership development specialist for over 15 years.
Carolyn co-founded and runs Growth Edge Coaching, she supports leaders around the world to cultivate their whole selves, including soma, for complexity, and she also has a keen interest in supporting women to step into leadership positions in greater numbers so that we might finally achieve power parity.
Carolyn’s background includes roles at Price Waterhouse and later at McKinsey and Company.
She earned an A.B. in Economics from Brown University, an M.B.A. with distinction from the Wharton School, and an M.A. in International Studies from the University of Pennsylvania. She is a Certified Somatic Coach through the Strozzi Institute in Petaluma, CA.
