Nathan has a passion for bringing development theory to life, finding innovate ways to create memorable learning experiences. He has extensive experience of both individual coaching as well as small and large group processes.
Working in both the Corporate and Social sectors, he has been delivering leadership and personal development programmes for 17 years in a variety of settings ranging from the traditional course room to the jungles of Borneo. He also works in the public sector advising senior leaders on creativity and innovation. He brings to Leadership development a knowledge of emerging Neuroscience research and our increasing understanding of the biochemical experience of humans during change processes.
As a Social Entrepreneur, Nathan co founded an organisation working with young offenders and was runner up in the 2014 Sunday Times Changemaker of the Year Award. He is currently studying for his masters, continuing research in complexity based approaches to leadership and human development.
